Insurance Requirements
For all rentals, Cabin House Studios requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the following requirements. Please provide this document to your insurance agent to ensure your COI is prepared correctly and includes Cabin House Studios as an Additional Insured.

• Additional Insured: Cabin House Studios, LLC

• Certificate Holder: Cabin House Studios, LLC

• Address: 7131 Irving St, Westminster, CO 80030-5326

• Coverage: Commercial General Liability

• Minimum Limits: $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate

• Policy Terms: Primary and non-contributory

• Dates Covered: Must include all dates of your rental

Required COI Statement

The following language must be included in the Description of Operations / Remarks section of the COI:

“Cabin House Studios, LLC, located at 7131 Irving St, Westminster, CO 80030-5326, is named as Additional Insured with respect to Commercial General Liability coverage for the rental period. Coverage afforded to the Additional Insured shall be primary and non-contributory, per the terms of the policy and endorsement.”

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, clients are required to provide a valid COI prior to their rental, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions

Prior to rental, unless otherwise stated in writing, client is required to present a certificate of general liability insurance (COI) naming Cabin House as additionally insured on the dates of the rental. If so required, Client’s liability insurance shall be deemed primary and non-contributory insurance in the event of any claim or suit. Liability insurance shall be Commercial General Liability with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate.
